BJB TC-267 FR Fire Retardant Flexible Foam

BJB TC-267 FR is a water blown flexible foam with fire retardant properties. This foam has a worktime of 20-25 seconds and a demould time of 25-30 minutes.

This flexible foam was developed for the ongoing demand for fire retardant foams in industries such as movie special effects, theme parks, haunted house, and theatrical performances.

The firmness of the foam can be controlled by mould temperature and the amount loaded in the mould. BJB pigments can also be added to the “B” side for developing a wide range of colours.

TC-267 FR can be hand mixed, machine dispensed or mixed with industrial mixers. Mixing too long or not enough can result in poor material performance. Once mixed the material should be poured immediately.

Potential applications include prototypes, prosthetics, medical training devices, movie props and special effects.
