BJB F-164 FR Fast Castable Fire Retardant Polyurethane
BJB’s F-164 FR is a fast, fire retardant, 2:1 mix ratio polyurethane elastomer that will meet a UL 94V-2 rating. Useful in applications where a tough, 60 Shore A rubber with self-extinguishing properties is required.
BJB’s F-164 FR is a fast, fire retardant, 2:1 mix ratio polyurethane elastomer that will meet a UL 94V-2 rating. Useful in applications where a tough, 60 Shore A rubber with self-extinguishing properties is required.
Developed to address the need for shorter processing times and higher part productions, F164 FR is a member of the F-1 Series, a range of polyurethanes than span from 5 Shore A up to 95 Shore A.
F-164 is not classified as UV resistant, consider adding BJB UV-100 additive to help slow down the effects of UV degradation and colour change.
