Who is BJB Materials Europe?
BJB Europe is a branch of BJB Enterprises, supplying of polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone systems across Europe, operating through BJB’s authorised distributor TECHSiL limited, based in the UK.
Who is TECHSiL? How are they connected to BJB?
TECHSiL is a UK based adhesives and sealants distributor for industries including automotive, aerospace, defence, electronics and more. TECHSiL and BJB Enterprises announced their partnership in 2002 and have established a strong and collaborative working relationship, with TECHSiL taking on their European distribution.
What are your opening hours?
Our office and phone lines are open from 8:30 am to 5 pm (GMT)

BJB Europe is based in Bidford, Warwickshire, UK.
What products do BJB offer?
BJB supply polyurethanes, foams, epoxies, silicone systems, pigments and additives.

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website, or, if you have a Sales Office Account with us, send a purchase order via email to bjb@techsil.co.uk.
Can I order over the phone?
No, for traceability we ask that all orders are sent via email or placed on the website.
Can I pay over the phone?
If you have a credit account with us, you can pay over the phone via our sales office by calling 01789 773 232.
If you order via our sales office and don’t have a credit account, we will send you a pro forma invoice via email, and you can then call the office and make payment over the phone.
Is there a minimum spend?
For online orders there is no minimum spend.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, & COLLECTION
Can I arrange my own courier?
Yes. You can arrange your own courier or provide us the appropriate information, and we will book it for you.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, please select this option at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected from our warehouse in Bidford, Warwickshire.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, however due to global circumstances some countries we cannot ship to, please read our shipping guidelines.
How much will it cost to ship to____?

How do I make a return?

How long will my order take to arrive?
If the items ordered are in stock, we aim to deliver the next working day and contact will be made otherwise. Lead times also apply. For more information view our shipping policies.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
What is your minimum shelf life?
All our products have a minimum remaining shelf life of 3 months from the date of dispatch. If in stock product has a shorter shelf life we will contact the customer for approval before shipping.
Does BJB Materials provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples to see foam density or colour finish when cured. Contact bjb@techsil.co.uk for more information.

Can BJB manage stock for me?

I need a smaller size than the ones listed, is this possible?
Yes, we have onsite repacking facilities. We can repackage materials to meet applications requirements; however, this is subject to a MOQ. Please contact our team for more information.
Where can I get a product technical data sheet (TDS) or safety data sheet (SDS)?
Please contact bjb@techsil.co.uk with details regarding the product TDS or SDS you require.
Do all materials come with full supporting documentation and traceability?
If you require full supporting documentation, please request it at time of order.
