BJB Polysoft Foam, how squishy do YOU need it?

BJB Poly foams have been used in a wide variety of applications including product development, special effects, medical, and automotive.

We offer a wide range of two-component water blown, flexible polyurethane foams that are designed to be user friendly and offer different physical properties.

Choosing a foam is not easy to do off a data sheet alone, so BJB have provide a great visual to help you determine the best foam for your project.

Different level of squish for BJB Foams: 

TC-266 - Polysoft, lightweight and easy to compress foam which expands the most. 

TC-274 - Easy to compress but with a little more support. Feels similar to a sofa seat cushion.

TC-296 FR - Flame resistant foam which feels similar to an automotive headrest or flex foam football.

TC-277 - Self skinning, lightweight firm foam. Feels similar to a foam sandal, pool noodle, or costume foam. 

TC-284 - Self skinning, high density foam which feels similar to an office armrest, or roller coaster safety bar pad.
